Client Agreement

Access Permit, Work Permit, Space and Power for Photobooth

The Client shall provide all the necessary documents to Pic Ur Story Photobooth to enter the premises and set up the photobooth at the venue. At least 6’x6’ space with access to power supply must also be reserved for the photobooth setup. If the venue is outdoor, the client must provide a covered space for the photobooth. In the case of power outage or brown out during the event, numbers of hours delayed will automatically be included to the total rate based on our additional hour/s rate.

Transportation & Parking fee

The client shall shoulder the transportation and parking expenses for Pic Ur Story Photobooth staff.

• No transportation charge for areas within Cavite City.
• For areas within Cavite Province, transportation charge ranges from Php 500.00 – Php 1,500.00 depending on the location.
• For Metro Manila and other areas outside Cavite province, a minimum of Php 1,500.00 will be charged depending on the location.
• In the cases where the staff needs to travel via plane, ship, or any other public transportation for the event, the client must shoulder all the fare and taxes incorporated to the transport of equipment. Transportation fee will also be added on top of the package price if the staff needs to be transported to the meet-up place(pier, airport, pickup point, etc).

Food Allowance

The client shall provide meal / allowance for the photobooth staff.

Date and Venue Changes / Cancellation

Any changes in date or venue must be made at least 5 days prior to the event. In cases of emergencies and acts of nature, date or venue changes may be considered given that Pic Ur Story Photobooth is available. Please take note that deposit is non-refundable / forfeited.

Stop/Idle Time

We only allow stop/idle time for 3-hours and above photobooth service. We allow a maximum of 1 hour stop/idle time for P500/hr.

Template / Layout and Other Important Details

The client must provide all the necessary details to Pic Ur Story Photobooth including but not limited to full name and photo of the celebrant/s, ocassion, venue, time and date, package to be availed. event theme, colors, and text.

Re-print of Photos

Re-print of photos is not included in the package. The client, however, may purchase an add-on for double-printing.

Photo Releases

Client grants us permission to use images from Client’s event to promote our business, including but not limited to, use on our website, blog, social media and print marketing materials. Client waives any right to any payment, royalties or any other consideration for the use of the images. Client waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein Client’s likeness appears. Client hereby holds harmless, releases and forever discharges us from all claims, demands, and causes of action which Client, his/her heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on Client’s behalf or on behalf of the Client’s estates have or may have by reason of this authorization.

Online Gallery

Client accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs and media. Pic Ur Story Photobooth is not responsible for the lifespan of any digital media provided for any future changes in digital technology or media readers that might result in the inability to read the discs provided. It is Client’s responsibility to make sure that digital files are copied to new media as required. Digital image files will only be made available for download in an online gallery for 60 days.

Access to WiFi

Pic Ur Story’s instant sharing features require Client to provide access to or guarantee a venue internet connection of at least (1MB). Pic Ur Story is not responsible for insufficient image sharing features below the required internet speed.

Loss / Damages

Client shall be responsible for any malicious damage done to the photobooth by any of the client’s guests.
